Tuesday 12th September

Thank you to everyone who joined in with the Live Facebook Auction. You raised a fantastic £180.00!!

After great success, we have decided to host these auctions once per month, as longs as we have sufficient items available.

Monday 4th September

Isabella was fitted with her Splints/AFO’s today. She did really well and is continuing to show her bravery. She is not very keen on them but hopefully over time they will become second nature to her.

Monday 21st August – Casting for Splints

This is Isabella having her legs casted for her splints today. She didnt cry at all and was so brave. We collect them on Monday 4th September.

Now we can finally go out and purchase her 1st pair of shoes that will work with the splints! We have been unable to put shoes on her as she was most comfortable when pointing her toes.

Wednesday 16th August – MRI results

This morning we went to collect the latest MRI results from Isabella’s consultant.

As suspected, Isabella has Periventricular Leukomalacia (PVL) which is a form of white matter brain injury/damage.

Even though the news was expected, its one of the hardest things to hear that your daughter has brain damage.

Now our determination to raise in excess of £75,000 to get Isabella walking is even stronger. Without this she can not have SDR meaning she will never walk unaided.

Please help Isabella on her Wish To Walk!

Text “ISAB78 £5” to 70070 to donate £5 now.

The charity Just4Children are now supporting Isabella and will be helping her to reach her goal. We need to raise £75,000 for them in aid of Isabella. Therefore, we will be exchanging our Gofundme page for this Justgiving page:

This means that we are now a part of a registered charity – charity number: 1164473.

Isabella’s page on the Just4children website can be found by following this link:

You can text: ISAB78 £5 to 70070 to instantly donate £5.

You can make donations via cheque by writing it to: Just4children.

Isabella’s Facebook page will still continue to provide updates on her progress.

Thursday 6th July

Isabella has had her MRI scans done and has recovered quickly from the general anaesthetic. The scans will give us an idea of the severity of the brain damage and to also check her spine for any defects.

We now have the long dreaded wait for her results.

You can help to support Isabella in a number of ways. You can hold a fundraiser, attend one of her events or simply donate.

Thank you to everyone for your support so far. We can do this together!
